The Colleges and University of Cambridge are committed to supporting students. The Harding Challenge has been made possible by a donation of £20m from David and Claudia Harding for a fund to support undergraduates across Cambridge. This funding will be released by gifts from first-time donors to support any aspect of the student experience.

This means that when you make your first gift to the College, not only does the entirety of your donation go to Christ's, but an equal amount will be unlocked, pound for pound, to support students throughout all of Cambridge, increasing the impact of your donation.

Any gift to the funds that make up our Student Support Initiative, as well as supporting any of our postgraduate scholarships, will count towards the Harding Challenge. Any size of donation, up to £100,000, qualifies, as well as regular gifts, which will be counted for their first year.
